ABOUT THE BUSINESS
The human side of operational work deserves the same thoughtful attention as the process itself.

MEET RACHEL HETRICK
I’m Rachel Kathleen Hetrick, founder of Donation Procurement Coordinations LLC. My work in organ procurement and transplant coordination began in 2016, and my experience spans referral center operations, organ offer management, transplant admission coordination, and team support.
Along the way, I’ve taken on responsibilities in staffing, training, onboarding, and quality improvement. My coordination experience includes kidney and thoracic transplantation, giving me a practical understanding of the communication and organization this work requires.
My background brings together nursing and healthcare administration. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019 and completed my nursing diploma in 2021. That combination shapes how I approach both the day-to-day details of coordination and the processes that help teams work together.
I founded Donation Procurement Coordinations LLC to help teams communicate clearly, keep workflows organized, and approach their work with compassion. My focus is on practical support that respects the complexity of donation and transplantation, the people doing the work, and the people at the heart of it.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
This public site is separate from Rachel’s employer systems and responsibilities. Internal department names, employee performance records, real staffing schedules, patient information, and employer materials are not published here.
The demonstration tools are conceptual, synthetic environments. Any real operational or clinical deployment requires the appropriate organizational approval, privacy and security review, contracts, and technical controls.
